Big Foot's first use of Bicentennial Park (West Pymble) drew a big crowd for the second Sprint event, where World Masters sprint planner Tracy Marsh took on the role provided by her dad in the series opener last week.

A plethora of controls served to slow people down on the small area, with winner Andy Hill just under 16 minutes for the 2.7 km

course ahead of youngster's Alex Massey and Matt Hill.

Fastest woman was Barbara Hill, one of the few orienteers to have been on the map before. Trailing Barbara was club-mate Michele Dawson, as Marina Ishakova's quick-looking time was relegated following forensic inspection of her SI card's punch record.

A third investigation is under way into allegations that some competitors crossed the uncrossable fence between 9 & 10. May your consciences gently toast you.

Thanks to Tracy and to everyone who came to the event, especially those who came to last week's Big Foot event. In February we have 3 events and we'll be giving away dinner for two to one of the people who comes to all three events.
