Venue: Waratah Park, Sutherland. Enter left off Rawson Avenue (Old Princes Highway) approx. 1 km south of Sutherland Station.

Facilities: Bring your own water. Nearby toilets may not be accessible. Please consider using toilet facilities elsewhere before arriving at the event.
Start times: 2 - 3pm. Course closures 4pm.
Line courses: - short 2km, medium 4km and long 6km
Cost: Members - Seniors $10, Juniors $8, Sub-Juniors free,
Casual Registrations (Non-members) - Seniors $12, Juniors $10, Sub-juniors free
Groups $20 (includes one SI stick hire and two maps)
SI Stick hire $4 each

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
THIS IS AN ARRIVE READY TO GO > ORIENTEER > LEAVE EVENT.
NSW Government COVID-19 restrictions will apply. IKO reserves the right to refuse entry in line with these restrictions.

DO NOT ATTEND IF YOU:
• are feeling unwell
• have visited Victoria 14 days prior to event
• must self-isolate under NSW Health COVID “When you must self-isolate” or “self-isolate and get tested immediately” guidance. Check NSW Health website - check here https://www.health.nsw.gov.au/Pages/default.aspx

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
• Club members should pre-enter on Eventor. Ensure your contact details and emergency contact number are current.
• Non-members should register first on Eventor as a casual https://eventor.orienteering.asn.au/Register (see PDF attachment below on How to Register as a Casual) and then enter the event also via Eventor.
• If entering as a group select GMed for medium course or GLong for long course in Class field.
• First timers as well as non-competitors who have accompanied others must either register in Eventor as a casual, select Does not compete in the class field and add Volunteer/spectator as a service OR provide their contact details on the contact tracing sheet provided at event on the day.
• Limited Enter on Day available for new comers – cashless transactions only - talk to volunteer at the event.
• Maintain social distancing–keep 1.5m+ distance from others at all times including at the Start, near control sites and at the Finish download station.
• Avoid touching controls or other surfaces. There will be no key box.
• Bring your own hand sanitizer/soap to thoroughly clean your hands. Sanitize your hands at Start and Finish with sanitizer provided.
• Bring your own water bottle. No water will be provided.
• Arrive ready for your run. Go directly to the self-Start for pre-entries. Clear and check your SI stick. Keep your distance from others.
• Take one map, marked short, medium or long. Do not touch or handle other maps.
• Keep your map after finishing.
• Place hired SI units into container provided at the Finish.
• Move away after downloading and collecting your timed splits. Results will be available on Eventor, they will not be displayed at the event.
• Ensure no social gathering before or after your run.
• Consider downloading the NSW Govt Covid Safe App https://www.covidsafe.gov.au/

Competing in an orienteering event is subject to risks. These include death, serious injury or illness due to:
• rough terrain and obstacles;

• accidents with vehicles, other competitors or pedestrians.

• that access to medical, evacuation or search services might be slow; and
