Paula's whopping Big Foot Over 60's Great NOSH victory

Paula Shingler brought home the mug (or whatever they give out these days) in today's 48th Great Northside Orienteers and Social Harriers (NOSH) Footrace, with a 13 minute margin in the Women's 60 plus age category for the 16km race.

Paula is making the most of her new age group, having just turned 60 in May. She also won the W60's at the Australian 3-days, held in the Snowy Monaro over Easter. She had the only Big Feet that took out an Easter 3-days win.

Aside from her physio job, Paula runs running coaching sessions each Thursday at 6pm at Beauchamp Park, Chatswood, for club members, locals and young talent.

Other great Great NOSH results included Oliver Freeman's 3rd in Mens Under-20s, and Toby Wilson's 6th place in the new excessive 22km variety of the race.
